
INGREDIENTS
.1 broccoli
.1 onion
.50 cl of oat milk
.2 tablespoon(s) of hazelnut oil
.1 teaspoon(s) hazelnut oil.roasted hazelnuts.salt, pepper
PREPARATION
1. boil the broccoli cut into pieces.
2. Sweat 1 chopped onion with 1 tsp. hazelnut oil.
3. Add 50 cl of oat milk, the broccoli, except for some florets. After 15 mn, mix the whole with 2 tsp. with soup of oil of hazelnut. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, broccoli florets and roasted hazelnuts.
