It is recommended that people on a strict diet opt for grilled foods because they contain no or less fat once the food is cooked.

Sixth: Take in plenty of fluids. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day helps to refresh the body. Since weight loss depends on how well the body eliminates bodily waste, the body must stay hydrated.
